At Laura Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and ticketed items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring the package is properly sealed.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location or authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
