What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns can be made by mail or at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store location across Canada.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Canada Post tracking number. You can use this number on the Canada Post website to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Laura Canada only ships to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are always looking to expand our services in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer secure checkout options through PayPal and Laura gift cards.
How do I determine the right size for me?
To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. We offer a wide range of sizes including Petite, Plus, and Plus Petite to cater to every silhouette.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted. However, you can return unwanted items for a refund once they arrive.
